About the Role:
We're looking for a passionate and proactive Health, Safety and Wellbeing Partner to join our team in an ongoing role within BPC's Health, Safety, Wellbeing and Safety Team.
Reporting to the Head of Health, Safety, Wellbeing and Systems, the Health, Safety and Wellbeing Partner works with all members of the Health, Safety and Wellbeing Team to implement the Building and Plumbing Commission (BPC) Health, Safety and Wellbeing Strategy in partnership with divisions and business units across the organisation. In addition, this role will work with leaders and employees to improve the health, safety & wellbeing culture at the BPC.

About the BPC
The Building & Plumbing Commission (BPC) is Victoria's new regulator for building and plumbing.
It brings together the Victorian Building Authority (VBA), Domestic Building Dispute Resolution Victoria (DBDRV), and the domestic building insurance function of the Victorian Managed Insurance Authority (VMIA) into one organisation.
Key functions related to building and plumbing regulation will come together under one roof, including registration, inspection and compliance, practitioner discipline, dispute resolution, and domestic building insurance. These services will now part of the BPC and will be fully integrated over the next 12 months.
