About the role:
Shape how the OPP protects its people across offices, courts, partner-managed sites and regional operations. You will anticipate the risks and pressures of our criminal law practice, set priorities and lead improvements from insight to implementation. With substantial autonomy, you will own the performance and continuous improvement of the OHS management system, workers' compensation and injury management. The Manager, Safety and Wellbeing provides strategic leadership, governance and organisational integration.
