About the Role
We’re seeking a passionate Health Promotion Officer to help drive positive health and wellbeing outcomes across the Grampians region. As part of the Grampians Public Health Unit (GPHU), you will contribute to the planning, implementation and evaluation of evidence‑based health promotion and prevention initiatives.
You’ll work closely with dedicated internal teams, community partners, local governments and organisations across the health system to bring impactful projects to life.
This role directly supports key priorities in the Grampians Region Population Health Plan 2025–2027 and the Victorian Public Health and Wellbeing Plan 2023–2027.
