Role description
Heathcote Health is inviting applications for Health Care Workers, to join our Community Services team on a casual basis. This position will assist with the provision of, customer-focused, goal outcome home and personal care services that enables clients to continue to live safely and independently in their own homes.
Services provided include Personal Care, Domestic Assistance, Social Support and Respite. Previous experience or willingness to work within the Social Support Group will be highly desired. Heathcote Health provide the use of fleet cars for staff to provide services into the community.
About you
Cert lll in Home & Community Care or equivalent eg: Certificate III in Individual Support - Aged Care, Certificate III in Aged Care
