Enthusiastic Health Care Workers are sought to obtain an ongoing contract in our Maddocks Gardens facility. If you are a dedicated professional who enjoys caring for the elderly and are passionate about providing exceptional care, we would love to hear from you!

The position:
In this role you will provide compassionate care to our residents of Maddocks Gardens, promoting a safe, secure and happy living environment. You will assist residents with activities of daily living whilst encouraging them to maximise their potential for independence and quality of life. To be successful in this role you will have outstanding work ethic and proven ability to work within a team.
A key requirement of this role is availability to work across 7 days a week and perform a variety of shifts.

About Maddocks Gardens:
Maddocks Gardens includes a mixture of permanent and respite care options, and a secure memory support unit that provides expert care for people with dementia. The aim of the facility is to allow residents to reside in a relaxed home environment that promotes independence and quality of life.
