The role will also support the Senior Data Analyst in migration of critical ESWD data sets to the department's enterprise data and analytics (D&A) platform, DARE (Data and Analytics Repository for Education). Built using cloud technology, it leverages Microsoft Azure (the cloud computing platform) and Databricks (the analytics service) to deliver a modern, secure, and scalable analytics environment.
Current priorities (that may evolve over time) include reporting and monitoring on key health and safety metrics for our school, Early Learning Victoria centres and corporate workforce to Executives, stakeholder committees and/or undertaking review and evaluation projects as required.
The Health and Safety Data Analyst will work with qualitative and quantitative data to report effectively and to measure impact and generate insights that enable informed decision-making to prevent and mitigate health and safety risks and improve health, safety and wellbeing. This role requires:
