About the Role:
As the Head of Delivery Integrity will serve as the central coordination point for transformation reporting, resource management and vendor management. The role will lead the development and maintenance of enterprise-grade, fit-for-purpose processes and documentation across the Transformation Office, ensuring consistency, scalability, and alignment with public sector standards.
The Head of Delivery Integrity will act as a key liaison with internal stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, and Digital & Data, fostering strategic partnerships and ensuring cross-functional alignment. They will provide high-level advice and insights to support executive decision-making, and ensure compliance with governance frameworks, project management methodologies, and regulatory obligations.

About the BPC
The Building & Plumbing Commission (BPC) is Victoria's new regulator for building and plumbing.
It brings together the Victorian Building Authority (VBA), Domestic Building Dispute Resolution Victoria (DBDRV), and the domestic building insurance function of the Victorian Managed Insurance Authority (VMIA) into one organisation.
Key functions related to building and plumbing regulation will come together under one roof, including registration, inspection and compliance, practitioner discipline, dispute resolution, and domestic building insurance. These services will now part of the BPC and will be fully integrated over the next 12 months.
