We foster a supportive, inclusive environment that encourages both staff and students to grow, innovate, and make a positive community impact.
The Opportunity:
The Student Wellbeing Department is dedicated to championing the health, wellbeing and inclusion of all Holmesglen students, creating a supportive environment where every learner can thrive. It provides counselling and mental health support, along with welfare programs such as financial assistance, housing support, and food security initiatives. The department also fosters an inclusive and engaging campus environment by promoting diversity, equity, and student voice, and offering targeted services for students with disability and First Nations students. It encourages active student participation in campus life and works with other departments and community services to connect students with the support they need.
The Head of Student Wellbeing leads the delivery of high-quality counselling, welfare, engagement and inclusion services across Holmesglen. This senior leadership role oversees programs that support students’ mental health, personal wellbeing, and access to essential services, while also fostering an inclusive, vibrant and participatory campus environment.
