Established in 2023, the Student Recruitment team at Holmesglen is an award-winning support service providing prospective students with a positive application and enrolment experience. The team focuses on quality student outcomes by enrolling students in the right courses, conducting detailed Pre-Training Reviews (PTR), and ensuring appropriate support services are in place.
While we’ve interviewed some excellent candidates, our ideal appointee will bring exceptional people leadership experience in a similar setting and a strong background implementing systems and digital platforms, including unified communications and CRM systems.
You will be a strategic communicator and mentor, able to develop a high-performing team while confidently managing the three key streams of people, process, and systems. You’ll demonstrate deep knowledge of customer experience and system implementation, driving outcomes across a large, complex organisation while working collaboratively with technology teams and faculty staff.
