About the Role:
We're seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our People & Capability team as Head of People Experience fixed term 3 years. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, People & Capability, you will play a in the conceptualisation and delivery of Best Practice Employee Engagement and Initiatives, Organisational Wide Learning and Development Programs, Diversity and Inclusion Strategy including the Gender Equality Action Plan and Contemporary Leadership Development and Behavioural Frameworks.
The Head of People Experience will develop, deliver, and maintain key strategic people initiatives, programs and process improvements to build, embed, evaluate and sustain a high performing workplace and positive, inclusive culture.

About the BPC
The Building & Plumbing Commission (BPC) is Victoria's new regulator for building and plumbing.
It brings together the Victorian Building Authority (VBA), Domestic Building Dispute Resolution Victoria (DBDRV), and the domestic building insurance function of the Victorian Managed Insurance Authority (VMIA) into one organisation.
Key functions related to building and plumbing regulation will come together under one roof, including registration, inspection and compliance, practitioner discipline, dispute resolution, and domestic building insurance. These services will now part of the BPC and will be fully integrated over the next 12 months.
