Held annually in October, Melbourne International Games Week (MIGW) is the largest digital games celebration in the Asia-Pacific, featuring conferences, events and activities for the games industry, educators, games enthusiasts and the general public. In 2026 and 2027, MIGW will be delivered by ACMI.
About the role
Join ACMI as our new Head of MIGW and lead the development and implementation of MIGW. This includes developing ACMI's MIGW strategy and evaluation framework and leading this major festival in collaboration with a range of participants. The role's primary focus is relationship management, with responsibility for key MIGW stakeholder relationships including government, tertiary and industry collaborators, as well as management of a small team. This is a new full-time fixed term role until 30 November 2027, reporting to the Director of Commercial & Development.
