Led by the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the Corporate Services branch plays a crucial role in enabling VGSO's overall success by providing essential support and strategic guidance to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Balancing an appreciation of the complexities and nuances of the public sector, along with the requirements of operating in a competitive legal services environment, the branch delivers proactive, effective and efficient services to VGSO's internal and external clients.
Through its work, the Corporate Services branch fosters a cohesive and supportive environment that encourages innovation, continuous improvement, and a client-centric approach.

About the role
As our Head of Financial Planning and Analysis, you will play a pivotal role in driving VGSO's commercial rhythm and securing our long-term financial sustainability.
Reporting directly to the COO and as a key member of the Corporate Services Leadership Team, you'll act as the Executive Leadership Team's trusted finance partner. In this role, you'll set budgeting and investment priorities, shape pricing and matter economics, and champion a proactive, service-oriented business partnering model.
This is a dynamic role where your analytical acumen and leadership will modernise billing, forecasting, and performance reporting. You'll be instrumental in evolving how we operate, ensuring
VGSO remains future-focused and financially strong in a purpose-driven public sector environment.
