About the Role
As a Head Chef/Food Services Supervisor at MHS, you will provide leadership and manage the catering services, ensuring the residents, clients and patients are provided with a variety of nutritious meals.
The Head Chef/Food Services Supervisor ensures delivery of food services in a cost effective, innovative model that aligns with the Food Safety plan and all relevant standards.
You will strive to make the food service innovative and compliant, whilst driving change where necessary.
The Head Chef/Food Services Supervisor will work closely with the Food Services Manager to ensure the Food Service complies with the new Aged Care Standards.
