THE ROLE
The Grants Program Officer is responsible for supporting a range of portfolio areas to design and deliver effective and efficient grant programs to achieve government policy objectives and maximise outcomes for the community. This includes providing authoritative advice and supporting capability uplift to support best practice grant management and compliance with departmental and government policy and practice requirements.
You will make a major contribution to the day-to-day usage and management of the department's Salesforce-based Grants360 platform, including building application and online report forms in conjunction with grant program teams, responding to requests for support through the grants policy inbox and carefully managing cases with the department's technical support partner to resolve operational issues.
You will be confident using data and other information to understand operational challenges and identify effective and efficient solution options based on a commitment to continuous improvement.
