We're looking for Grants Officers to join our Grant Operations team at VicScreen. There are two positions available, one full time fixed term role for 12 months, and one full time ongoing role.
Reporting to a Coordinator, Grant Operations, Grants Officers administer grants across the entire lifecycle for a slate of programs and initiatives ensuring applications, assessments, contracts, and payments are processed on time, and in line with established governance frameworks and operational procedures.
You are an administration pro with the ability to keep governance protocols and standards at the forefront of your mind whilst you navigate your way through a range of grant applications. You have developed client liaison skills and the ability to convey policies and governance requirements clearly to both internal and external stakeholders.
