Role description
Inglewood Hospital is seeking motivated and compassionate Graduate Registered Nurses to join our 2027 Graduate Nurse Program. This program is designed to support newly qualified nurses in developing the clinical skills, knowledge, and confidence required to practice safely and effectively as beginner practitioners.
Working within a supportive regional healthcare environment, graduates will consolidate their practice in alignment with the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Council (ANMC). The program focuses on building competence across professional practice, critical thinking, care delivery, and collaborative, person-centred care in a variety of clinical settings.
