Role description
Dhelkaya Health is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Grade 1 Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team. In this varied rotational role, you will provide high-quality, person-centred physiotherapy services across a range of settings, including home-based, hospital-based and centre-based care, working across both the Castlemaine and Maldon campuses.
As part of our physiotherapy team, you will gain broad clinical experience through rotations across Ambulatory Care outpatient rehabilitation, inpatient services, @Home Programs and Residential Aged Care. This role offers opportunities to develop skills in a diverse range of specialty areas, including musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation, hand and forearm therapy, cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation, pain management, cancer survivorship programs and residential aged care.
Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to the delivery of safe, effective and evidence-based care, supporting clients to achieve their health and wellbeing goals. You will also demonstrate initiative and leadership within your clinical practice, helping to foster a positive team culture and achieve optimal client outcomes.
