About the Role:
Step into a unique leadership opportunity that blends expert clinical practice with the chance to shape and guide primary care delivery for one of Victoria’s most vulnerable populations. Based at the Dame Phyllis Frost Centre, this role provides an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a patient cohort marked by complex health needs, trauma and disadvantage. You'll join a dedicated, multidisciplinary team in a progressive model of care that prioritises women's health, chronic disease management and the specific needs of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Working closely with the Head of Unit and Operations Manager, you will provide clinical oversight, mentorship, and operational support to the General Practitioner group, ensuring high standards of care and service delivery. Western Health also provides the primary healthcare service at the Dame Phyllis Frost Centre, a women’s prison located in Ravenhall.
