Forensic Intervention Services provides evidence-based screening, assessment and intervention services for individuals in custody and the community. We provide services in areas such as violent and sexual offending, family violence, violent extremism and restorative justice.
As part of the Forensic Intervention Services leadership team, the General Manager, Barwon Precinct Interventions is responsible for the overall management of two clinical teams that deliver clinical assessments, management and interventions to individuals convicted of a range of offences across Barwon Prison, Marngoneet Correctional Centre, Karreenga and Western Plains Correctional Centre. The General Manager is also responsible for the management of three Principal Clinicians and the oversight of the clinical service delivery model of Ripley Young Adult Unit.

What you will do
As General Manager, Barwon Precinct Interventions, you will help set the direction for effective treatment programs across the following portfolios: Principal Clinicians (x3), Barwon Precinct Interventions, Complex Interventions and Clinical Manager, Ripley Young Adult Unit. You will support managers across these teams, making sure resources are used effectively and services meet targets.
