SC1 Proven experience in providing high-quality reception and administrative support in a school, or similar environment, delivered with professionalism, efficiency, and a positive attitude
SC2 Demonstrated capacity to work and collaborate with others in a team environment
SC3 Demonstrated capacity to communicate effectively within a team environment with members of the school community including students, staff, parents, and other stakeholders
SC4 Demonstrated high level of organisational skills and the ability to coordinate and prioritise workflow, along with the ability to work to and meet deadlines
SC5 Demonstrated proficiency in systems relevant to the role, preferably including CASES21 Administration and Finance, Compass, AIMS, PAL and the Microsoft office suite.
An education support class position at this range will perform tasks that are carried out in accordance with guidelines, accepted practice, and school policy under supervision and direction. This may include coordination of other education support class staff within the work area or educational program.

Our Purpose
Located at 669 Chapel Street, South Yarra, our purpose-built, four-storey facility features state-of-the-art amenities. CHES is designed to support high-achieving and high-ability students by providing the space, structure, and support needed to extend their learning beyond a traditional VCE experience.
