About the role:

The First Nations Cultural Safety & Employment Advisor will play a key supporting role in increasing cultural safety and recruitment and retention of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples including career pathways and ongoing development.
Working collaboratively with local community groups and GV Health’s wider stakeholders, this new role provides a wrap-around support to new and existing staff who identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander.
