The primary purpose of the position is to support the business manager, with reconciliation and processing all aspects of financial records within the CASES21 Finance system in accordance with DET policies and guidelines. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, assist with monitoring budget entries across curriculum programs, and school projects, supporting the business manager to provide timely financial reporting and advice to staff.
The position is also responsible for maintaining all maintenance information in the Asset Information Management System (AIMS).
The position also provides back-up to other Administration staff in need, including reception duties and First-Aid.

Ringwood North Primary School is a government primary school in the leafy outer eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
