Investment and Technology leads and manages the investment lifecycle; drives commercial advice & negotiations to facilitate reform; and enables core delivery through Finance, Procurement & Enterprise Technology.
About the role
This position is responsible for providing a range of finance business partnering activities to internal clients. The position also requires the incumbent to provide sound financial advice, guidance and support to internal clients, and implement business improvements to finance business partnering related frameworks, systems and procedures.
Key Selection Criteria
Success in this role relies on applying critical thinking and commercial acumen to support effective financial operations and project delivery. The ideal candidate demonstrates a customer-focused mindset, builds strong stakeholder relationships, and takes initiative to resolve issues and improve processes. Proficiency in financial systems, including Oracle or similar, and Microsoft 365 tools—particularly Excel—is essential, along with the ability to quickly learn and apply relevant government policies and procedures.

Position accountabilities
The successful candidate is required to support the Finance Business Partnering team with budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and reporting for projects and programs.
