The Finance Analyst, Trust Funds and Frameworks is a key role in providing support establishment and maintenance of the budget frameworks, policy, controls and standards to drive fiscal performance and help report on fiscal risks – with a specialist focus on Trust funds management. The role will also support the relevant, timely and value-add training and guidance for budget frameworks management is developed and provided to support DEECA staff in their budget management responsibilities.
With a degree in accounting, finance or commerce (desirable), the role requires high level conceptual and analytical skills, a focus on detail and ability to build effective relationships along with strong written skills.

These are ongoing positions. The work location for these positions is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
