Latrobe Regional Health (LRH) is looking for a FaPMI Coordinator to join our growing team on a part -time basis (40 hours per fortnight).
This role is pivotal in supporting Families where a parent has a mental illness, through administering a state wide program that aims to reduce the impact of parental mental illness on all family members through timely, coordinated, preventative and supportive action.
The role can be based in either Traralgon, Warragul, Sale or Bairnsdale.
About the Role
You will provide high-level clinical input to consumers experiencing mental illness and their families, including children. Working closely with EDs, inpatient units, community teams, primary care and partner organisations, you will ensure timely, person-centred, family sensitive and trauma-informed care.
