Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.

About the Role
An exciting leadership opportunity exists for an experienced family violence practitioner to lead a team delivering critical online support services for family violence intervention order applications.
As the Family Violence Remote Hearing Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership to a team of practitioners, ensuring safe, effective and trauma-informed support for court users. Working closely with Court Services Managers, therapeutic service teams and senior stakeholders across the Courts Group, you will drive best-practice service delivery, workforce capability, continuous improvement and innovative remote service responses.
This is a rewarding opportunity to influence system-wide outcomes, strengthen integrated responses to family violence, and support a high-performing team making a meaningful difference to the lives of Victorian families.
Based in Melbourne, with travel across various Court and non-Court locations throughout Victoria.
