Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.

About the Team
The Built Environment works with jurisdictions to construct, maintain and repair court buildings and associated facilities. Within this unit, Property Services delivers strategic planning, project management and operational services to support the management of facilities and assets across the justice system.
About the Role
Court Services is seeking a highly capable Facilities Manager (VPS 5) to lead facilities operations for the Shepparton Law Courts and oversee the Hume regional portfolio of court buildings.
This is a critical, onsite role responsible for ensuring court facilities are safe, compliant and operationally effective in supporting the administration of justice.
Reporting to the Principal Facilities Manager, you will manage integrated hard and soft services across a complex court environment. You will ensure facilities operations meet statutory, security and operational requirements while delivering high-quality service to judiciary, court staff and stakeholders.

A relevant tertiary qualification in Facilities Management, Property Management, technical trade qualification or extensive equivalent experience is highly desirable.
