The Greater Shepparton, Strathbogie Moira Mental Adult and Older Adult Health and Wellbeing Local (GSSM Local) is a community focussed service dedicated to supporting adults and older adults to strengthen their wellbeing, build resilience and stay engaged in their communities. As a 'new front door' to people within our community who require mental health and wellbeing support. GSSM Local brings together a multidisciplinary team of lived experience workers, mental health clinicians, and allied health professionals to provide accessible, person-centred and evidence informed services.
About the role:
The Grade 2 Exercise Physiologist is suitable to an experienced and autonomous clinician that provides expert assessment, intervention, and management of participants requiring exercise-based therapy. Therapy is based off participants goals and needs, meaning care is personalised and individualised to the participant. To achieve outstanding health and wellbeing outcomes you will work collaboratively with the GSSM Local Multidisciplinary Care Team (MDT) and service participants.
