The Executive Support Officer is a pivotal role within the office of the CEO, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of executive functions. This role is central to ensuring the smooth running of executive operations, managing priorities, coordinating critical activities, and delivering high quality documentation to support strategic decision making.
About the role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Support Officer to provide high level executive, administrative, and office coordination support to the CEO, and members of the Executive Leadership team. You will play a key role in enabling organisational effectiveness through the coordination of workflows, preparation of high-quality documentation, delivery of timely, accurate and well researched information to support decision making.
You will operate in a fast-paced, high trust environment where discretion, initiative and attention to detail are key.
This role will require you to:
- Manage complex calendars, meetings and executive workflows
- Prepare and coordinate high quality briefings, reports and governance papers.
- Liaise with senior stakeholders and ensure seamless communication
- Track priorities, monitor deadlines, and support key projects and events
- Maintain accurate records and identify opportunities to improve processes.
About you
You are a highly capable and experienced executive support professional who thrives in a dynamic environment. You bring strong sense of accountability, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to anticipate needs and manage competing priorities.
You are known for your attention to detail, ability to build strong relationships, and confidence in dealing with senior stakeholders.
You will bring:
- Proven experience supporting senior executives in complex environments.
- Excellent communication and document preparation skills
- Strong organisation, prioritization and stakeholder management capability
