Reporting to the Principal Advisor to the Head of Agriculture Science and Technology (AS&T), the Executive Support Officer provides high-level executive and administrative support to the Head of AS&T.
The role includes managing the Head’s calendar and email inbox, coordinating workflows, and undertaking discreet and confidential tasks. The position also supports the Principal Advisor with briefings, correspondence, and ad-hoc requests, as well as providing assistance to the AS&T Executive and AgriBio Corporate Reception.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, adaptable, and professional, with a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and a positive attitude. This role is ideal for an experienced executive support professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications
This is a fixed term position available for a period of 2 years. The work location for this position is AgriBio, Bundoora with hybrid work arrangements available.
