An exciting opportunity exists for a proactive, motivated and detail-orientated individual to join the Water Sector Strategy and Partnerships Division as Executive Support Officer. This position will work in partnership (job share) with another Executive Support Officer. The preferred days of work for the position are Mondays and Thursdays, and either two or three days. Reporting to the Director, Portfolio Governance and Compliance, the role supports up to 3 Directors in the Division. You will play a key role in managing a fast-paced and varied workload, contributing to a positive and values-driven workplace culture, and building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. This role will suit someone with experience in executive support administration, proficiency with MS Office suite, strong communication skills, and the ability to anticipate, prioritise and work proactively to ensure the best use of the Directors' time and focus.

This is a fixed term position available for a period of 12 months. The work location for this position is Flexible in Victoria (office based at 8 Nicholson St, East Melbourne) with hybrid work arrangements available.
