THE ROLE
The Executive Project Support Officer is responsible for providing project management, coordination, reporting support and high level administrative and executive support functions to the Executive Director of the Homelessness and Housing Support branch and administrative support to three Directors within the Branch. This position is a pivotal point of contact for key internal and external stakeholders.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
- Provide executive support to the Executive Director, Homelessness and Housing branch, including coordination and tracking of emails, approvals, records management, preparation of briefs, reports and correspondence and working with confidential and sensitive information.
- Provide a range of effective executive support functions, including: accurately managing the office's events diary; providing quality support to committees, working groups and meetings.
- Arrange meetings and conferences, including liaison with senior executives and government officials coordinating papers, organising venues, agendas, taking minutes and follow-up actions and making travel and accommodation arrangements.
