Role description
Join our team at Heathcote Health and play a vital role in supporting our people, volunteers, and organisational operations.
As the Executive & Operations Support Officer, you will provide high-quality administrative and operational support across a diverse range of functions, including volunteer services, workforce compliance, occupational health and safety (OHS), mandatory training coordination, website and intranet content management, and executive support.
This is a varied and rewarding role that contributes to the smooth day-to-day operation of Heathcote Health and helps ensure we meet our governance, accreditation, legislative, and community engagement responsibilities. Working closely with staff, volunteers, managers, and executive leaders, you will help maintain effective systems, support workforce compliance requirements, coordinate volunteer programs, and contribute to a positive and safe workplace culture.
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive professional with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be comfortable managing competing priorities, working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders, and using technology and business systems to support organisational outcomes.
