The Opportunity:
The Office of the Chief Executive, through its Corporate Governance, Risk and Strategy function, ensures Holmesglen upholds transparency, accountability, and compliance while supporting the Board and Executive team. The team oversees corporate governance, enterprise risk management, strategic initiatives, and government engagement, while maintaining and enhancing the Institute’s policy and procedure framework. It provides board secretariat services, manages governance and compliance projects, and ensures policies remain current, accessible, and aligned with best practice.
The Executive Officer, Corporate Governance, Risk and Strategy, leads corporate governance, risk, and compliance at Holmesglen, supporting the Board, executive, and leadership team. This role drives the implementation and enhancement of frameworks and strategies, monitors institutional performance and regulatory adherence, and ensures policies and procedures meet best-practice standards. Overseeing the Board secretariat function, the Executive Officer also manages governance reporting, stakeholder relationships, and responses to government and strategic opportunities.
