The Executive Officer (EO) provides high level executive and administrative support to the Executive Director (ED), Regulatory Operations and plays a key role in ensuring the efficient, effective and collaborative operations of the ED’s office. Managing the ED’s day-to-day activities, you will liaise closely with senior executives, external stakeholders and key employees within Resources Victoria and the broader department to ensure administrative support functions are delivered to a consistently high standard.
The key to success in this role is your ability to respond promptly and deliver in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment by identifying and responding to opportunities as they arise, in addition providing confidential secretarial and administrative support.
With demonstrated experience providing administrative support to executives, you are known for your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple overlapping and competing priorities. Your experience in preparation of various written correspondence and proof-reading/editing documents, coupled with your strong interpersonal skills, will see you effectively manage the office and requirements of the Executive Director.

This is an ongoing position. The work location for this position is Nicholson Street, Melbourne with hybrid work arrangements available.
