We bring important day-to-day services together in one department to make things easy and seamless for Victorians and businesses. We are doing this by connecting and digitising our systems and platforms across state and local government as well as streamlining our corporate and procurement services.
About the role
The Executive Director, Technology Strategy & Assurance plays a pivotal whole-of-government leadership role in shaping and delivering the Victorian Government's technology strategy. Reporting to the Deputy Secretary Digital and Government Services, the role provides authoritative advice to Ministers and senior executives, ensuring investment decisions, policies and enterprise architecture align with government priorities.
Leading a multi-disciplinary division, the Executive Director oversees the development and assurance of technology systems and resources, fosters strong partnerships with departments, agencies and industry, and drives cross-government collaboration. This role requires a visionary leader who can set strategic direction, manage risk and build capability to ensure technology solutions deliver lasting value for the Victorian community.
