The Victorian Health Building Authority (VHBA) is responsible for the rollout of the Victorian Government's multi-billion-dollar health capital projects. We're delivering world-class health facilities across Victoria including new public hospitals and emergency care, community health services, ambulance branches, residential aged care and mental health facilities. VHBA also provides technical support across engineering, property, asset management and environmental sustainability disciplines.
The Opportunity
Join VHBA’s leadership team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business by providing authoritative, strategic, and critical advice to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). You will lead the development of the organisation’s strategic plan, to ensure the integration of government priorities and reform objectives, while driving internal transformation initiatives that promote cohesion, problem-solving, and positive outcomes. In this position you will resolve systemic issues, build consensus, and guide cross-functional teams through complex challenges to assist with organisation wide change.
