Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.
Collectively, Victoria's Supreme, County, Magistrates', Children's, and Coroners courts, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), the Judicial College of Victoria, the Judicial Commission of Victoria, and Court Services Victoria (CSV) are referred to as the ‘Courts Group'.

VCAT
VCAT resolves civil and administrative disputes and reviews decisions made by government and other authorities. Matters before the Tribunal include residential tenancies, planning and environment disputes, consumer and building matters, guardianship and administration, professional regulation and human rights. These disputes affect individuals, businesses and government and play an important role in Victoria's social and economic life.
About the Role
VCAT has delivered one of the Victorian public sector's most significant in-house digital transformation programs, including a D365-based Digital Case Management System, modern cloud platforms, advanced data and analytics capabilities, and contemporary digital workplaces. We are seeking an exceptional technology executive to lead the next chapter.
As Executive Director, Digital Transformation & Enterprise Technology, you will provide strategic leadership of VCAT's enterprise technology function, overseeing the successful completion of the Digital Case Management System program, transition to sustainable business-as-usual operations, and the evolution of VCAT's technology operating model.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Executive Director, Digital Transformation & Enterprise Technology provides strategic leadership of VCAT's technology function, ensuring technology investments deliver measurable business value, operational excellence and improved services for Victorians.
With most of VCAT's digital transformation complete—including a D365-based Digital Case Management System, modern cloud platforms, advanced data and analytics capabilities, VoIP and infrastructure modernisation—the focus now shifts to optimisation, innovation and sustainable operations.
This role will lead the successful completion of the Digital Case Management System program, transition platforms into business-as-usual operations, modernise VCAT's technology operating model, retire legacy systems and harness emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance organisational capability and service delivery.
