Conduct and Integrity Division
The Conduct and Integrity Division provides specialist, expert advice and support to school principals, executives and other people managers on employee conduct and performance including child safety concerns, fraud and corruption. Services span more than 100,000 employees, across more than 1500 workplaces with directly employed staff who have a duty of care to approximately 650,000 students, young people and learners.

Executive Director, Conduct and Integrity Division
This role a critical leadership role for the department. The position requires stewardship and expertise in overseeing public sector employment and integrity investigations, mostly in government schools, and developing processes and systems of work that reflect the department's unique context and commitment to child safe settings.
The role demands strong people leadership and management of multidisciplinary functions and teams, complex problem solving and an ability to interpret legislation and strategically advise on the intersection of employment law, child safety, human rights, discrimination and general protections obligations.
