About the role:
Are you:
The Common Corporate Support Branch (CCSB) was established in 2021 as the lead branch through which operational corporate services are jointly governed by, and provided to, the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (DFFH) and the Department of Health (DH) under a shared services arrangement. Whilst administratively housed within DH, CCSB forms part of the corporate services delivery capability of both departments.
CCSB provides a range of support services including payment services (accounting services, payroll services, grants and administered payments including concessions) and workplace services (accommodation, records management, digitisation and physical mail).
This role will lead the delivery and enhancement of the departments' shared service arrangements to ensure continued delivery of critical operational corporate services and maximise the efficiencies from scale economies, process automation and leverage of large-scale operational capacity across a range of services during critical periods.
The Executive Director will lead significant cultural change initiatives and will drive continuous improvement within a large and complex organisation.
