About the role:
The Executive Assistant provides professional high level administrative and executive support and related services to the Senior Executive Director and Transformation Group. This includes managing the activities of the Senior Executive Director and providing a pivotal point of contact for key stakeholders from a diverse range of government, private, public and health service sectors.
The role requires a highly organised and methodical individual with a communicative and collaborative approach, initiative and the ability to work with minimal supervision, so as to ensure that deadlines are met and a high standard of work is achieved.

The successful applicant will be able to think strategically and act with autonomy in decision making to support the office. They will be agile and responsive to changing demands and be able to proactively identify areas for improvement in the functioning of the Transformation Group and design and apply solutions to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
