About the role:
Located within the Health Promotions Systems Group and the Social Marketing & Communications Group, the position of Executive Assistant reports to the Executive Manager, Health Promotions Systems and is responsible for providing administrative support, managing stakeholders and ensuring collaboration.
This exciting, part-time ongoing opportunity has a close working relationship with both the Executive Manager, Health Promotions Systems and Executive Manager, Social Marketing & Communications, other Executives and the Executive Support Team. The successful candidate is expected to develop and nurture excellent relationships across the organisation and with key external stakeholders. To achieve this, the person in this role must be an effective liaison point and represent VicHealth in a professional manner at all times.

About You:
We're looking for someone who demonstrates previous experience in a similar Executive Assistant role to a Senior Executive within either government or the private sector.
You will have exceptional planning and organising, attention to detail, interpersonal, flexibility and problem-solving skills.
