Northeast Health Wangaratta (NHW) is the major health provider in the Central Hume region with an extensive range of acute, sub-acute, aged care and community services.
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and professional Executive Assistant to provide confidential administrative support to the Executive Director Medical Services (EDMS) and the Executive Director Finance & Performance (EDFP).
This pivotal role ensures the smooth and efficient operation of both executive offices through high-level executive and administrative support, effective coordination of meetings and committees, and timely preparation of correspondence, reports and documentation. Acting as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders including government agencies, partner organisations and members of the public, you will represent the offices with professionalism and discretion. The role also involves preparing and managing committee papers and minutes, coordinating reporting requirements, and maintaining efficient business systems that support the directors in meeting organisational and governance responsibilities.
As a key member of the executive support team, you will demonstrate values-based communication, maintain a strong focus on strategic priorities and deadlines, and contribute to a positive and collaborative working environment.
