About the role:
As the Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will report to the Divisional Support Coordinator and provide high level administrative and executive support to enable the efficient and effective functioning of Parks Victoria's COO and the broader Operations and Delivery Division executive team.
You will ensure the COO's office operates with professionalism, accuracy and discretion, coordinating workflows, correspondence, scheduling and stakeholder engagement while anticipating priorities and maintaining awareness of key organisational commitments. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the COO's leadership agenda, enabling timely decision making and ensuring communication and documentation flow efficiently between the COO, divisional leads, executive colleagues and external stakeholders.
