This is a part-time (2 1/2 days per week) job-share role. The days of work will be full days on Tuesday and Thursday, with the half day negotiable.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this senior Executive Assistant role provides an opportunity to flex not only your professional expertise and high level administrative credentials, but also your influencing and stakeholder engagement skills. The role would suit someone who prides themselves on their professionalism and presentation skills, has a keen eye for detail, who thrives in an environment where working autonomously and being given the scope to make continuous improvements to workflows and administrative processes and activities is the norm.
You will work in an executive level environment, so confidentiality and discretion will be key, along with contributing to ensuring the organisation's values and reputation are front of mind. The Executive Assistant to the CEO provides a wide range of executive and administrative support functions to the CEO and broader Executive Team. This may include but is not limited to, correspondence management, arranging and supporting meetings, diary management, making travel arrangements, coordinating workshops and presentations, and the delivery of assigned administrative projects and tasks.
You will have strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a flair for critical thinking and problem solving, and the ability to undertake small administrative based projects.
All of this combined with working for an organisation that genuinely makes a difference in the lives of Victorians - our flagship Solar Homes and Victorian Energy Upgrades programs provide rebates, loans and incentives enabling Victorians to embrace electrification of their homes and businesses, bringing down power bills, reducing emissions, and improving liveability.
You will be job-sharing with an experienced senior Executive Assistant. The opportunity to work for purpose combined with the part-time hours is a unique proposition that doesn't come around too often - we look forward to hearing from you!
