The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing executive and project support to Senior Executives and their branches. Key duties include managing the Executive's inboxes and calendars, ensuring timely and accurate briefing coordination, maintaining registers and SharePoint sites, and other business support activities. The role involves managing multiple priority commitments.
The Executive Assistant is also responsible for providing timely advice to stakeholders, both verbal and written, and maintaining positive relationships to facilitate a partnership approach. They communicate effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders, including other executive and ministerial offices.
This role requires self-motivation, commitment, excellent relationship-building skills, problem-solving, and the ability to adapt plans to changing priorities. The Executive Assistant must work proactively to ensure optimal time management, demonstrate strong Microsoft Office and IT skills, and exhibit initiative and flexibility in their work practices.
