Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer
We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the Chief Executive Officer and the Office of the Chief Executive Officer (OCEO). This is a pivotal role for someone who brings sound judgement, initiative, resilience and a strong work ethic, and who can be relied upon to deliver with consistency, professionalism and attention to detail.
In this role, you will be at the centre of a dynamic executive environment, managing the CEO's diary and email flow, coordinating briefings and meeting materials, overseeing executive tasks and information requests, and supporting the smooth operation of internal and external meetings. You will work closely with senior executive offices across the Department and government, and build strong relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
Working closely with the OCEO team and senior executive's offices across the Department and government, the Executive Assistant will also be required to:
