As our Executive Assistant, you'll play a key role in ensuring the Executive office runs efficiently while gaining exposure to high‑level operations, governance and organisational processes.
About the role
This is a dynamic and varied role where you'll support the CEO, Chairperson and Executive Leadership Team. You'll manage diaries and meeting logistics, coordinate events, maintain records, and prepare high‑quality documents. You'll work with confidential information, liaise with stakeholders, and identify opportunities to improve administrative processes.
This role will require you to:

About you
You may be an experienced administrator or executive assistant — or you may be a recent graduate in business, HR or a related field who is ready to step into a broad, fast‑paced administrative role.
