As our Executive Assistant, you'll provide essential support to the CEO, Chairperson and Executive Leadership Team, ensuring everything runs smoothly day to day.
About the role
This is a dynamic role where you'll manage a variety of tasks and priorities to keep the Executive office running efficiently. You'll manage calendars, coordinate meetings and events, and prepare high-quality documents that support decision-making at the highest level. From handling confidential information with discretion to ensuring smooth office operations, you'll be the trusted link that keeps everything moving. You'll also look for opportunities to improve office processes and workflows, helping things run more efficiently and effectively.
