About the role
This is a 12 month Fixed Term Position
As Executive Assistant to the Head of Rolling Stock and Ticketing, you'll provide critical high-level support that enables strategic decision-making across Victoria's transport network. You'll manage complex diaries, coordinate executive meetings, prepare parliamentary and cabinet briefings, and serve as a key liaison between senior stakeholders and government agencies.
This fast-paced role requires exceptional organisational skills, discretion with sensitive information, and the ability to maintain composure under pressure while supporting both the executive and broader divisional operations.
What you'll bring
We're looking for someone with extensive executive support experience in complex environments, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and TRIM, and strong understanding of Victorian government processes. You'll excel at written and verbal communication, producing polished briefings and correspondence under tight deadlines. Your proactive, diplomatic approach helps you anticipate needs and build strong relationships across all levels. Experience supporting senior executives and previous government experience are highly desirable.
